On 8/14/23, victim’s wallet was stolen from her vehicle in Virginia Beach. The pictured suspect used victim’s stolen debit card and VA driver’s license to withdraw $2,000 from the victim’s account at Navy Federal Credit Union in Newport News. The suspect has a tattoo on her middle right finger “XII.” Suspect was driving a silver crossover, unknown tag.
