On 2/12/24 and 2/14/24, the subject entered the Lowe’s store located at 3565 Holland Rd., selected various laundry detergents totaling $670, placed them into a cart, and walked out without paying for the items. The subject got into the backseat of a burgundy 2026 GMC Envoy, VA tag: TKY8811 registered to KASSP Auto Rental LLC, and left the location in an unknown direction.

Suspect: Black male, average build, believed to live in the area.
