On 3/24/24, the victim reported his Grand Marquis stolen after having parked the vehicle at 2809 Atlantic Avenue on 3/23. The vehicle was recovered at 29th/Pacific on 3/24. Camera footage captured an individual exiting the vehicle and walking northbound on Pacific Avenue.
