Crime: Larceny 2024007255

2/6/24, 1996 S. Independence Blvd.: The victim went into the 7-Eleven to purchase lottery tickets. When he finished his purchase, he left his wallet on the counter.  After the victim left, an unknown black male walked into the store and stood by the counter talking to an unknown female.  While at the counter, the male took the wallet off of the counter and walked out of the store.  The black male used the card at various stores in Chesapeake, Norfolk, and on Grubhub.
