Crime: Motor Vehicle Theft 2024018914

On 4/10/24, the victim’s white 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage with VA tags TNL-1297 was stolen from a parking lot along S. Military Highway by the pictured white male.  Just before the theft, the suspect was captured on camera conversing with someone inside a U-Haul truck which was parked next to the target vehicle.

Suspect: White male wearing all black, with a black hat, chain, and bearded goatee.
