ARRESTED WITH 22 WARRANTS 7/18/24, Wawa, 1700 Virginia Beach Blvd. The pictured suspect stepped behind the counter, took 4 cartons of cigarettes, and left the store without paying. Suspect was last seen on camera running eastbound behind the Wawa and crossing First Colonial Road.
