Crime: Suspects have both been arrested, Fraud 2024038114

7/16/24, 525 First Colonial Road, Target:  The two pictured suspects went to the store, talked to the victim about NFCU, and then defrauded him out of $1,000.  They left in a white 4-door sedan.

(In all of these NFCU fraud cases, the victim hands the phone to the suspect who then uses the phone to take out a loan or transfer funds from the victim’s account to the suspect’s account.)
