Crime: Larceny / Destruction of Private Property 2024039293 / 2024039294

On 7/25/24 at approximately 10:38 a.m., the Holiday Inn located at 5655 Greenwich Rd. reported a larceny/destruction of private property. Two vehicles had their front passenger windows broken and shattered. One of the vehicles had a black backpack stolen from the front passenger seat with the victim’s identifying information inside. Can you help identify the potential pictured suspect?  The male is seen on security camera footage and seen hanging around where the victims’ vehicles were parked.
