Crime: Larceny 2024041395

8/6/24, Food Lion, 3770 Virginia Beach Blvd.   At around 7:14 p.m., the pictured suspect stole the victim’s bicycle while he was inside the store.  The bicycle is described as a black beach cruiser with red writing, black fenders, blue milk crate affixed to the handlebars, and towing a small baby carrier/trailer.
