Crime: Shoplifting 2024024117

5/5/24, 4554 Virginia Beach Blvd., Target. Suspect selected a Frigidaire ice maker and grocery items valued at $329.99.  Suspect went to the self-checkout, scanned all of the selections, and then attempted to use EBT food payment which was declined.  Suspect took the cart and left the store without paying for the items.

Suspect: Black male, 35-44 years old, 5’4″ to 5’10” tall, 125-175 pounds, average build, black hair and black facial hair.
