Crime: Larceny 202745758

9/1/24, Target, 4554 Virginia Beach Blvd.  Two black men went into the store and stole approximately $580 worth of electronics and other goods.  

B/M, 5’10-6’0, around 150-180 lbs., black long-sleeve shirt with blue logo, black sweatpants, black slides, blue Angels hat, walked out with green backpack

B/M, 6’03- 6’05, around 230-250 lbs., white t-shirt, black basketball shorts, yellow socks, grey slides

2011 Kia Soul. The vehicle has been seen on camera in Norfolk and is involved in multiple larcenies.
