Crime: Fraud 2024042578

On 8/14/24, the pictured suspect entered Barnes and Noble, 4485 Virginia Beach Blvd., and selected 6 different Lego sets off the shelves and then proceeded to bring them to the register in an attempt to get cash or store credit under false pretenses. Suspect possibly got into a silver Hyundai.

Suspect: B/M, possibly in his 30’s, slightly heavy-set, wearing a white t-shirt, sky blue shorts, and white sneakers.
