On 9/17/24 at 2:17 a.m., victim was standing outside on Carolanne Ter. waiting for her ride when a 4-door, green sedan pulled up. Two males exited the vehicle, one holding a gun, and approached the victim. They took her phone from her hand, her bag from her person, and quickly left in the vehicle without saying anything.
