9/16/24, Witchduck Rd.  / Cleveland St.  The victim was stuck in the middle of the intersection when an unknown male attempted to turn left onto Cleveland St. westbound. The male drove towards victim’s driver side and began honking at her to move. When she was unable to do so, he moved closer and made contact with her driver’s side rear panel. He then continued westbound on Cleveland after striking her vehicle. The possible last four of the VA tag is 2383.

Suspect: W/M, 35-45, driving a black Chevrolet Silverado.
