10/5/24, 7-Eleven, 246 Virginia Beach Blvd. Suspect reached over the counter, grabbed $300 worth of lottery tickets, and then exited the store. The same suspect went to Food Lion, 2352 Virginia Beach Blvd., and cashed in the winning tickets.
