Crime: Theft of Bicycle 2024060753

11/23/24, 2954 Virginia Beach Blvd., Wawa.  The pictured suspect was observed walking to the front entrance of Wawa.  He stopped and stared at the victim’s bicycle. The bicycle is described as having a dark green frame with a green front rim and tire, green handle grips, green brake cable, and green pedals.  The suspect rode it in a circle around Wawa’s parking lot before placing it on his wagon. The suspect then left the parking lot with the victim’s bike and proceeded westbound on Virginia Beach Blvd.
