Crime: Credit Card Fraud 2025006923

On 2/7/25, an unknown individual posed as Bank Fraud Prevention and convinced the victim to divulge his PIN and turn over his debit card. The pictured individual made several large transactions throughout Hampton Roads. Total loss to the victim was approximately $13,000.
