4/27/25, 2021 Lynnhaven Pkwy., Walmart. Victim was shopping and she set her backpack down. Pictured suspect was seen on video looking through the backpack, then putting it over her shoulder and leaving the store. White female in her 50’s, driving a dark Chevy truck, possibly a dark green Silverado.
