6/3/25 – Circle D Food Mart, 971 Virginia Beach Blvd. Pictured suspect had the cashier ring up a 12-pack of Budweiser. When he saw the price, he said it was “too much” and walked out without paying.
Suspect: B/M, 28-40 years old, black hair, no shirt, black pants, white shoes.
