Crime: Credit Card Fraud 2025029613

On 6/19/25, the victim in this case had his wallet stolen from his car. Shortly thereafter, he received alerts from his bank about possible fraudulent activity. The pictured male made multiple purchases with the victim’s stolen debit card from inside of Lynnhaven Mall.

Suspect: Black male, black hoodie with writing / image on front and large words on the back, dark shorts, white shoes, approximately 20-25 years old.
