Crime: Credit Card Theft / Fraud 2025034868

7/11/25 – 2233 Upton Drive, Target.  Victim realized a credit card was missing and then noticed fraudulent activity.  The card was used at HomeGoods and Target three separate times on the same day.

Suspect 1: W/M, 30s-40s, short brown hair, beard, blue and grey shirt, black shorts, multiple tattoos on both arms, heart tattoo on left forearm, and what appear to be symbols on his right forearm.

Suspect 2: W/F, 30s, brown hair in a bun, “Brooklyn” t-shirt, blue shorts, tattoos on her left forearm/hand and right arm.
