Crime: Credit Card Theft / Fraud / Forgery 2025040175

8/4/25 – Several locations in VB, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Chesapeake.  Victim was in the Hardee’s drive-thru and the victim’s credit card was mistakenly handed to the driver of another vehicle.  The suspects that received the card used it to make purchases throughout the day all over Southern Hampton Roads and forged the victim’s signature for at least one transaction.
