On 8/6/25 at 10 a.m.,the suspect entered a property on 25^th St. and took multiple items. The suspect has been on the property previously. He left on the bicycle that he arrived on.

Suspect: B/M, 45-50 years old, slim build, wearing blue pants, white tank top, red button-up shirt with black stripe, grey shoes, blue and white ball cap, with a dark backpack.

Vehicle: Silver mountain-style bicycle.
