On 9/20/25 at 7:45 p.m., the victims left their hotel room at Aqua Vista Resort Hotel open. On 9/21/25 at 12:12 a.m., a black male wearing jeans, a white t-shirt, and a red hat knocked on the door and then pushed the door open. In the hotel footage, the suspect is seen leaving the room with their items.
