Crime: Larceny/MV Theft 2025047634, -047626

On 9/22/25 at 1:45 p.m., the owner of a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse parked and left his vehicle keys in the gas tank cap prior to partaking in surf activities at 116 71st St.  Upon return, he noticed his vehicle had been taken.  His iPhone 11 was left inside the vehicle.  The vehicle was tracked at Loehmann’s Plaza on Virginia Beach Blvd. where it was recovered.  Before the recovery, at 3 p.m., the suspect entered the ABC store, 3333 Virginia Beach Blvd., stole nearly $200 worth of alcohol, and drove off in the same 2009 Chevrolet Traverse.   

Suspect:  W/M, 20-30 years old, wearing a green short-sleeve shirt with light-colored design on the front, white hat, and dark sunglasses.
