Crime: Shooting 2025048484 Information Needed

Virginia Beach Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying the pictured male victim. This incident occurred on September 27, 2025 in the parking lot of 401 N Great Neck Rd. The victim was shot at and drove away. The victim is a black male, wearing a white shirt, jeans and drove an orange-colored sedan. Detectives would like to speak with the victim to check on his welfare and further the investigation.
