Crime: Larceny 2026001781

1/10/26, Target, 525 First Colonial Rd. – a white male, wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black shoes, entered Target with three other males and one female. The suspects filled a cart with over $1,900 worth of merchandise and exited without paying. They left in a black Mazda heading towards First Colonial Rd.  All other suspects have been identified.
