Crime: Credit Card Theft / Fraud 2026013997

3/18/26, 3100 block Green Lakes Cir. – In the overnight hours of 3/17 to 3/16, the victim’s vehicle was broken into and items were stolen.  The pictured two suspects used cards that were stolen from the vehicle in Norfolk and Hampton.

Suspect 1: B/M, late 2os to 30s, thin mustache, black hoodie with logo, black/grey jeans.

Suspect 2: B/M, unknown age, facemask, grey hoodie, black jacket, blue “Navy” sweatpants.
