Crime: Larceny 2026016828

3/31/26, 4500 block VBB, supply store – Pictured suspect went into the breakroom, went through the victim’s jacket pockets, and stole a credit card.  Later the suspect used the credit card at a grocery store and a pharmacy.  Suspect: Black male, black pants, white/black ball cap, plaid shirt, on a motorized wheelchair, and missing his right arm.
