6/14/26, 1000 block Virginia Beach Blvd. – The victim was working on their car in a parking lot and assumes they dropped their credit card. The card was used at a nearby convenience store.

Suspect: B/M, 50-60 years old, bald, salt-and-pepper facial hair, thin build, purple shirt, blue pants.
