On 8/12/24, the suspect entered the ABC store at 315 Va. Beach Blvd., grabbed 3 bottles of liquor, placed them into his backpack, and left the store without paying.
Suspect: White male; 60’s, 5’9, 180 lbs., black T-shirt, grey shorts, grey shoes, bald, and wearing glasses.
