Crime: ABC Larceny 2025021800

5/6/25, at approximately 4:42 p.m., ABC Lynnhaven Pkwy.  The pictured male selected a fifth of Velvet, concealed it down his pants, and exited without paying.  

Suspect: W/M, approximately 5’9, 165 lbs., wearing grey hat, white tank top, black shorts, sneakers, and carrying a black backpack.
