Crime: Aggravated Malicious Wounding 2023044899

On 8/5/23 at 1:38 a.m., ECCS received a 911 call from a citizen reporting he heard 8 gunshots and then heard people screaming for help at the Crab Creek Boat Ramp. As units responded to the scene, a gunshot victim had been located at Virginia Beach General Hospital. A second gunshot victim was located at Norfolk General Hospital. The suspected shooter fled the scene in a silver 4-door older model Ford Focus sedan.
