Crime: Alleged Carjacking 2023056815

On 10/4/23, suspect met with the victim in the 4000 block of  Virginia Beach Blvd. to buy a vehicle. During the sale, while the victim was closing the hood, the suspect started the vehicle and began to drive off. The victim stated that as he was walking toward the passenger door, he noticed the male had a firearm in his left hand lying on his chest. The suspect then sped out of the parking lot.
