SUSPECT HAS BEEN ARRESTED

7/19/24, 24th and Boardwalk:  The pictured suspect was rollerblading on the boardwalk when he got into an altercation with another male.  As the altercation turned physical, the suspect produced a firearm from his waistband and shot at least one round towards the victim.  The suspect then rollerbladed northbound on the Boardwalk.  Suspect was later seen on city cameras walking west on 25th without the rollerblades.
