Crime: Commercial Burglary 2023067537

On 11/27/23, the suspect entered Scotty Quixx on Virginia Beach Blvd. by climbing into the drop ceiling connecting the business with an outside electrical room. The suspect attempted to steal cash from the registers but was unable to get anything since Scotty Quixx does not keep cash after closing. The suspect then entered the Great Neck Doggy Daycare about a half-mile away and was able to get approximately $400 in cash before fleeing from police on foot.

Suspect: Black male approximately 6 feet tall, grey North Face hoodie sweatshirt, black pants, purple and black shoes, black gloves, and a black LA Dodgers hat.
