Crime: Credit Card Fraud 2023072132 & 2023072115

12/6/23, NAPA Auto stores, various addresses:  The pictured suspect pictured went to several NAPA Auto stores in Virginia Beach and made purchases with a fraudulent credit card. The suspect would then return the items at a different NAPA Auto store for a cash refund. NAPA Auto also got chargebacks for the initial item purchased, doubling their loss. The suspect has been seen leaving the area in a silver 4-door sedan.
