Crime: Credit Card Fraud 2024047651

On 9/10/24, the pictured couple worked together to select and purchase merchandise at Ryan’s Smoke Shop with a misplaced bank card, therefore committing credit card fraud. 

Suspect 1:  Black female, light complexion, tattoos on right arm, jeans, black shirt, wrapped locks

Suspect 2:  Black male, full beard, black shirt, jeans, slides, wrapped locks
