Identified and Arrested.
On 1/7/25, the pictured male used the victim’s credit card at Wawa, 1700 Virginia Beach Blvd., to fill up his minivan. The suspect also went inside twice and used the credit card to buy beer and cigarettes.
Suspect: B/M, bald head, stocky build.
Vehicle: White minivan.
