Crime: Credit Card Fraud 2025022697

4/20/25, victim lost their wallet and then later noticed charges on one of the credit cards that were in the wallet.  The card was used at multiple locations across Virginia Beach and Norfolk.  Pictured individual was seen on camera in one of the stores using the victim’s card.
