Crime: Credit Card Fraud / Larceny 2023073110

On 12/27/23, complainant advised that her daughter’s wallet, car key, and house key were stolen at Lynnhaven Mall. The suspect used two of the stolen credit cards at Dollar Tree for a total of $206.45 and attempted to use one of the cards at Walmart on Phoenix Dr. for a total of $410.88. The suspect frequently visits the Dollar Tree and appears to commute on foot. The item of choice appears to be prepaid Visa cards.

Suspect: B/M, skinny build, 20’s, wearing a blue puffy jacket, black hoodie, black pants, and black shoes.
