Crime: Credit Card Theft 2025023677

5/18/25 – 300 21st Street. Around half past midnight, the pictured male attempted to use several credit/debit cards for a fraudulent transaction in Norfolk.  The cards were stolen less than an hour before at the oceanfront.  18 to 25 years old, slim build, medium skin tone, dark short twists or dreads, scruffy facial hair, white t-shirt, dark blue shorts, white socks & sneakers, a star necklace, and a white t-shirt over his head, in a small dark SUV.
