Crime: Credit Card Theft and Fraud 2023057455

On 10/6/23, the victim was shopping at T.J. Maxx on Virginia Beach Blvd. when her wallet was stolen from her purse. A short time later, the pictured suspects fraudulently used her credit cards to purchase a total of $4,336 in Visa gift cards from Sam’s Club. The suspects are believed to be linked to other crimes of a similar nature.
