Crime: Credit Card Theft / Fraud 2023063892

Sometime between 11/4/23 and 11/5/23, an unknown suspect stole the victim’s wallet from her car while it was parked in the Orange Garage at 4544 Columbus St.  On 11/5/23 at approximately 11:20 a.m., the suspect then used the card at various stores in the 4000 block of Virginia Beach Blvd.
