Crime: Credit Card Theft / Fraud 2024018518

On 4/9/24, victim’s debit/credit cards were fraudulently used after victim’s wallet was lost. The suspect used the victim’s cards at multiple locations including the Walmart located at 7530 Tidewater Dr. in Norfolk (shown in picture).

Suspect: B/M, last seen wearing dark-colored pants, black jacket over a white shirt/sweatshirt, driving a white Chevrolet 4-door sedan.
