Crime: Credit Card Theft / Fraud 2024019277

4/12/24, 4616 Virginia Beach Blvd., Bank of America, and 233 Independence Blvd. The victim was sitting outside Bank of America getting ready to use the ATM.  Suspect pulled up next to the victim. The victim went to use the ATM, got back into his vehicle, and the suspect was gone. Once the victim got home, he realized his wallet was missing from the vehicle. The suspect used the credit card to make a purchase at T-Mobile on Independence.
