Crime: Credit Card Theft / Fraud 2025022974

5/13/25, sometime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the 4000 block of Corporation Lane. The victim’s wallet was stolen from the vehicle which was parked at the business.  The pictured suspect used the stolen cards at Target and an ABC store in Norfolk.  Total $1,254.90.  Male, 20 – 30 years old, shoulder-length dreadlocks, black t-shirt with white writing, black jeans, and two silver chains.
