8/20/25 – 4000 block Bay Quarter Court. The victim’s wallet was stolen from their vehicle while parked at the residence. The pictured suspect attempted to make gift card purchases at Walmart Supercenter on Jefferson Ave. in Newport News for $1,000 on 2 different occasions.
