Crime: Defrauding Innkeeper 2024046278

9/2/24, 588 Birdneck Rd., TNT Tinting.  The pictured male got the windows tinted at TNT. When he went to pay, his card was declined so he told the clerk he was going to his car to get another card.  He then drove away without paying for services.  He was driving a silver Maxima with North Carolina temp tags, 081934 or D81934. Neither tag came back on file.
