5/1/26, 2500 block Virginia Beach Blvd. – The pictured male was in the parking lot in a white SUV-type vehicle. The suspect exited his vehicle striking the victim’s vehicle with the driver’s door to the victim’s passenger-side mirror causing moderate damage.

Suspect: W/M, 20 to 30 years old, wearing a greyish t-shirt, dark pants, a chain, black baseball cap, and sunglasses.
